Training Diary // WC 6th May 2019

Wednesday 8th May 2019

So on Tuesday I added a few new tattoo’s to my Pokemon sleeve, I love how it’s moving forward, it’s going to be very exciting to see it when the colour goes on. I thought I’d give the skin a day to recover so there was no running sadly. Moving onto Wednesday we did some more strength training in the gym with added foam rolling.

Thursday 9th May 2019

Thursday was um interesting, the whole morning it lashed it down and then it came to our lunchtime run where it was soooooo humid. I don’t know whether you can see this from my glasses. Still managed to get a great time in though which makes me very happy.

Friday 10th May 2019

Friday was another day strength training in the gym! I’m really trying with getting more gym style selfies, how people manage to get great ones and a full session in I have no idea lol!

Saturday 11th May 2019

YAY!! Park Run Saturday, Oh I do love Park Run and this week was extra special because of that view! We’re at Conrhenny for the next 5 weeks because of T.T. and practice week, hoping to get out watching the bikes, hopefully anyhow unbelievably managed a PB somehow!! Even with the killer of a hill.

I cannot believe I only have a couple of weeks till I’m doing the Liverpool Run Rock’n’Roll! Hoping to get out and do more running next week just to keep the mileage ticking over.

Also just noticed, yes I am wearing my Liverpool Spring 10K t-shirt in every photo and yes it did get washed every day lol!
